Use of Property
The Grounds:
Individual members of the community are welcome to enjoy the grounds surrounding the buildings, especially the field behind the Meeting House. Visitors are asked to respect the Burial Grounds which contain old and fragile grave markers.

The Library:
Camden Friends Meeting maintains a small but varied library of books and other materials related to Quakerism and the history of the meeting. Members of the community may apply for special use of this library for the purposes of research or personal enrichment.

The Camden Friends Meeting Library
The Meeting House and Gathering Place:
Camden Friends Meeting welcomes community non-profit groups whose aims and principles are compatible with the Society of Friends to use and enjoy the Meeting House and the Gathering Place, as well as the surrounding grounds.
The Meeting House is a place of worship and an historic treasure, built in 1805 and renovated with green technology in 2009. The Gathering Place has a social hall, kitchen, library, and handicapped-accessible bathrooms.

It is our hope that this combination of old and new will provide welcoming spaces for Friends and our neighbors in the community. We ask that all users of the building and grounds respect the property and will share with us the trust we have placed in them to care for the property while they make good use of it.
